TECHNICAL PARAMETERS

Vertical forging presses are used for production of precise die forgings with utilization in the automotive industry, for hot and semi-hot forging with forming forces of 10-65 MN, with high stiffness and extensive diagnostics, including modern, precise and solid fixtures and other comprehensive equipment.

Vertical forging press SKL ŠMERAL is determined for accurate die forging and calibration of parts with different shapes at hot. Parts are determined above all for further usage in automotive, aerospace and agricultural industry. The press is sufficient for production of parts determined for oil industry also. The press can be used as self-alining unit without peripheries, or it can be integrated to a full automated forging line.
